Christmas Came Early this Year
Mr. Hill knew he would not live until Christmas – his favorite holiday. So his homecare team arranged for an early Christmas complete with tree, presents and a Christmas dinner. His homecare chaplain, Jeff, dressed as Santa and officiated at a commitment ceremony for Mr. Hill and his wife.
Also pictured with Mr. and Mrs. Hill are his homecare nurse, certified nursing assistant and social worker. Mr. Hill died peacefully in our inpatient Hospice House.
